Associate Degree in Nursing
(LVN to RN)
Attention Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN)
Now is the time to get your nursing career on the fast track. You can advance your nursing career in as little as 18 months by enrolling in West Coast University’s bridge nursing program (LVN to RN).
Train to become an RN in as little as four semesters by taking just 73 units/credits, which includes general education, science and hands-on nursing occupation courses. A laboratory experience will assess your previous skill level and teach hands-on skills that are essential for the practicing RN. As an LVN you don’t need any additional prerequisites; they’re built into the program.
Upon completion of the LVN to RN program, you will be prepared to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN). Once you’ve passed the Licensure Exam, you will be ready to transition from your LVN status to a Registered Nurse.
Must have your LVN to apply.
